GET TO KNOW KRISTIN

BIO:
Facilitating company-wide success, and providing an outstanding experience for each client has always been a top-priority for Kristin. Beginning her career in marketing and continuing in real estate, Kristin has developed a very well-rounded skill-set that has helped her become an expert within the field.

After graduating from top-ranked college and interning at NBC10 in Philadelphia, Kristin started her professional career at a wealth management firm by assisting advisors who serviced professional athletes, from the Philadelphia Phillies.

Finding a passion for both business systems and design, she then began to work on projects for non-profits, and small-business owners. After growing within these projects, Kristin was able to take on the role of creative director for a premier small-business.

After that, Kristin stepped-up into the role of licensed assistant at the Paul Augustine Team, and then Real Estate Agent and Interactive Marketing Manager for Coldwell Banker. Today she works as an Agent for RE/MAX Legacy at PinkBeeHomeSales.com, and is excited to provide clients in the Bucks & Montgomery PA markets with a truly buzz-worthy experience.

FUN Q&A...

1. How did your childhood prepare you for your job today?
When I was young, my mom used to drag me to many open houses, so you could say I was destined to be a real estate agent.  But I actually learned a lot even back then, for what the industry was like.

2. What's your dream occupation -- the one job you'd love to have if you weren't doing what you're doing now?
Well besides real estate, I used to dream of being a figure skater!  I don't really have the build or flexibility, at all, but I grew up liking dance, music, and iceskating, so putting them together was always a fun thing to watch on tv.

3. Describe your first car and what you loved or hated most about it.
My first car was a Pontiac Grand AM.  Best thing about it was the sunroof and the worst was that the Pontiac company no longer exists.

4. Do you have hidden talents most people don't know about?
I can actually ice skate and roller blade backwards.

5. What one accomplishment are you most proud of?
Getting my Real Estate license was really fulfilling, even though I have my associate and bachelor degrees, I was working a full-time and part-time job while going to school for my license.  It meant a lot to me, when I passed my test.

6. What embarrassing mistake have you made that has taught you a lesson?
I once told someone that I didn't like country music, and come to find out there relative was a country music star.  I felt embarrassed for coming off in an insulting manner, and have since changed my tune.

7. What's the most unusual item in your desk drawer?
A cable that converts my laptop into being able to work with a projector, I guess.

8. What's your favorite sports team?
Philadelphia Sixers... basketball is my favorite sport.

9. Share something funny or endearing about your pet.
I have a Pomeranian and she is incredibly cute, but sometimes she is funny because she will try to fight bigger dogs than her.  Her bark is bigger than her bite.

10. What's on your Bucket List?
Many things, but one in particular would be to visit California again.  It's been quite a few years.
